Weaving Connections offers a diversity of workshops and processes for personal, collective and organizational learning, reflection, healing and transformation.
We live in profoundly dynamic, shifting times - many of us feel the ways our current structure and systems no longer serve us. The time is ripe for radically loving possibilities.
I work alongside individuals and groups to support learning and growth processes that invite the fullness of our mind, heart, body and spirit wisdom to guide us - embodying new and ancient ways of being that uplifts and honours all of sentient life. In inviting vulnerability, honesty, courage, multiple truths and creativity, together we can co-create a lived experience that is rooted in relational well-being from the inside-out.

Using embodied, creative and the practice of InterPlay, Somatic Accompaniment invites you to play with a curiosity, challenges or desire that is alive. You are guided and witnessed along the way as you draw on your our own inner body-wisdom for guidance and clarity.
Reiki+ Energy Healing - in-person & at a distance
Reiki+ supports mental, emotional, physical and spiritual nourishment, balance and healing. I use a blend of Usui Reiki, Egyptian Healing Touch & Galactic Healing modalities.

Holding space for others is gift and a privilege. There are powerful philosophies and practices to support a learning environment that truly honours the lived experience, insights and desires of the learners in the space. This is an opportunity to increase your capacity as a facilitator and space holder.
Theatre of the Oppressed - JOKER TRAINING
The work of Augusto Boal emerged during a time of profound oppression and resistance in 1960s Brazil. He created space for individuals and communities to share their experience and “rehearse for the revolution”. Being a facilitator of Theatre of the Oppressed is an opportunity to guide groups in using participatory theatre for emancipation.
REIKI TRAINING - Level 1 & beyond
Usui Reiki training is an invitation to take your healing into your own beautiful, empowered hands. The philosophy and practices of Reiki are simple and accessible to all - inviting a self-care practice in service to your holistic well-being
